Celebrate the transition from a long winter to a welcome spring at The Rocks' Annual Maple Dinner.
This year proceeds from the dinner will benefit The Rocks 2020 Fund to support the master plan that includes renovating the Carriage Barn at The Rocks as the Forest Society’s expanded North Country program center.
Returning to wow diners is Chef Joe Peterson of Sugar Hill. Highlights of the evening’s buffet dinner include:
Faro salad with fire-roasted tomatoes and feta;
Grilled portabella mushrooms stuffed with baby spinach, fire-roasted tomatoes, and grilled corn finished with a maple balsamic drizzle;
Wood-roasted pork loin with apple-raisin stuffing and a port wine reduction;
Pecan-encrusted chicken breasts stuffed with ham and cheese and finished with maple brandy cream;
