Highlights of the evening's buffet dinner include:\n\nFaro salad with fire-roasted tomatoes and feta\;\n\nGrilled portabella mushrooms stuffed with baby spinach\, fire-roasted tomatoes\, and grilled corn finished with a maple balsamic drizzle\;\n\nWood-roasted pork loin with apple-raisin stuffing and a port wine reduction\;\n\nPecan-encrusted chicken breasts stuffed with ham and cheese and finished with maple brandy cream\;\n\nBaked maple apple cinnamon crisp with fresh cream.
