Intro to the Food Safety Modernization Act

Intro to the Food Safety Modernization Act

Are you still determining if and how FSMA impacts your farm or food business? Come to this workshop and bring your questions! UNH Extension Field Specialists, Heather Bryant and Mary Choate, will go over who needs to comply with the Produce Safety Rule and the Preventative Controls Rule for Human Food (for people who process food). They will also go over the basics of what you will need to do if your business needs to comply, and there will be plenty of time for questions. FREE.

To register, please email Ruth Ann Hacking, WREN Farm & Food Program Manager, at ruthannh@wrenworks.org, or register online: http://ww3sren.wildapricot.org/event-2772848
