NCIC is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit economic development organization serving northern NH and northeast VT. We offer strategic, adaptive, and creative solutions to overcome economic challenges and meet the changing needs of the people, communities, and employers in our region. The team of professionals at NCIC have years of experience in small business development, community economic development, management, and financing. Our primary lines of business include grant writing and management, technical assistance grants for small businesses, and commercial lending.
