This session outlines the fundamentals of the communications model and helps participants recognize effective strategies to listen, understand, communicate, and be heard. You will practice active listening skills, the importance of verbal and non-verbal communications, and techniques to offer feedback in this hands-on session, which covers theory and practical strategies to improve communication.
