Smith left the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office to join the firm in 1966 where he practiced until he became a Superior Court Judge in 1985. Stephen U. Vaughan joined the firm in 1978 and practiced until he became a Superior Court Judge in 2003. Mark C. Russell began practicing in the Littleton area in 1985 after leaving the largest firm in West Virginia. In January, 2003 he merged his practice with the firm and it became “Samaha & Russell PA”.
