I provide body movement analysis, combined with a mind-body education, to help you create purer ways of moving in daily activities. The results include feeling more comfortable, reduced pain, stiffness, and inflammation, and giving your body the opportunity to heal itself, as tissue is very pliable and adaptable with the proper stimulus, no matter what your age. Additionally, my therapeutic techniques support people with chronic disease and illness, such as cancer, to better manage symptoms. Also offering Yogalates small group exercise classes.
