Impaired Driver Care Management Program: Program Assistant

Residents in NH convicted of an impaired driving offense are required to participate in a state-approved Impaired Driver Care Management Program (IDCMP), where screening and evaluation will determine if participation in treatment, education, and/or recovery support services is indicated. The IDCMP Assistant is a full-time position.
 

JOB DUTIES

• Organize Impaired Driver Education program classes • Manage calendar/appointments for supervisor and counselors, scheduling initial intake screening and evaluations with program participants • Administer intake appointments and conduct care management calls for program participants • Administrative and clerical support including, but not limited to, assisting with preparation of reports and composing letter and email communications

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS
• Time-management skills, including ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Ability to handle sensitive information following Federal and State confidentiality laws
• Verbal/phone and writing communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational and planning skills

• Typing skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Team player

• Willingness to travel within northern NH, as required
•  Minimum of Associate’s Degree
