Continuum of Care/ Student Assistance Professional (SAP) Coordinator

This full-time position offers a 50/50 combination of Continuum of Care (CoC) Facilitator  and Student Assistance Professional (SAP) Coordinator responsibilities.
 

JOB DUTIES

• Promote Resiliency and Recovery-oriented System of Care in northern NH • Develop mechanism/systems to coordinate Prevention, Intervention, Treatment, and Recovery efforts between key stakeholders • Oversee all SAPs in the region, including implementation of Project SUCCESS, to provide a full range of school-based substance misuse prevention and early intervention services • Coordinate SAP supervision sessions and learning collaboratives, and provide training/guidance for SAPs to complete monthly data reporting • Assist in  evaluation activities

 
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
 
•  Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH) with focus on systems development; or Master’s in Social Work (MSW) with focus or experience in macro social work; or Master’s in Community Development/Organizing; or Bachelor’s Degree with 2-3 years’ experience in public health systems development, or community development/organizing
•  Strong written and verbal communication skills
•  Highly organized and comfortable working with the public
•  Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within northern NH
