Job Description
Woodsville Guaranty Savings is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to administer and upgrade our servers, VOIP and Branch Office network. Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly and accurately.  Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.
 
Required Skills
High level of experience in PC maintenance and repair.  Significant understanding of networking fundamentals.  Experience with Cisco devices and server operating systems.  Strong interpersonal skills.  A high level of PC literacy with multiple applications. Excellent problem solving skills. Proven self-starter using initiative and experience to achieve desired objectives.  Work after hours and weekends may be required on occasion.
