“Permaculture is a whole-system design based on careful observation of the existing environment components ( plants, people, animals, water, sunny weather, etc.) in order to place them thoughtfully and intentionally on a landscape in a way that creates a self-sustaining the harmonious ecosystem.” This class is a unique experience! "It is a 72-hour course held at La Cite Ecologique of NH ecovillage for two weeks, August, 6-18." Course description "The class will be a mix of theory discussion, design process, and practice as well as hands-on workshops. Throughout the course we will be discussing social systems, economic systems and agricultural systems of different land components and climates: dry, humid cold, humid tropics etc.” All meals and snacks will be served or provided.
