Let’s cook up some vegan burgers! You don’t have to be a Vegan to eat vegan. It is good for all of us to add more vegetables and whole grains to our diet and reduce animal protein. This recipe is a delicious and uber nutritious way to do just that. It will soon become one of your family favorites. Promise! Plus it will go easy on your pocketbook- plant proteins are cheaper than animal, better for our bodies and for our earth. If we each do a little- 1 vegan meal a week- it will add up to a lot!
