McQuaid, publisher of the New Hampshire Union Leader and Sunday News, will discuss his new book and recount his four summers working at the Cog, including the story of one terrible summer (in 1967) that claimed the life of Colonel Teague and a daughter, and ended with the worst accident in the Cog’s storied and colorful 150 years of operation. Sponsored by Bondcliff Books and the Adair Country Inn. More information contact the library at 444-5741
